Important Tips for Enjoying Your Visa Gift Card

• This card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
• Sign your card before using it and keep a record of the card number in a safe place.
• Know your balance before using the Card. Check balances at www.myprepaidbalance.com or by calling 1-877-283-1860.
• When making a purchase, give your Card to the cashier and sign the receipt or push "credit" on the keypad.
• At gas stations, we recommend using your Card inside. At restaurants, make sure your available balance is 25% greater than your total bill.

Facts On Using Your Card

Point-of-Sale Purchases: When making a purchase always select CREDIT.

Purchase Greater Than Card Value: You must advise the merchant how much is available on your Card if the purchase you are making is greater than the balance remaining on your Card. The merchant will complete a split tender transaction and charge the Card for the available balance. The remaining amount of your purchase will require another form of payment.

Fees Associated With This Card

• A purchase fee of $2.50 may be assessed at the time of purchase.
• A monthly inactivity fee of $2.95 may be assessed to your card after 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
• If your card is lost/stolen, you may receive a replacement card for a fee of $5.00 by calling the Customer Service number (1-866-496-6183) on the back of your card.

Q: Can I access cash from my card?
A: No, card does not have cash access and can be used at any merchants that accept Visa debit cards.

Q: How do I register the Card to my name?
A: Go to www.myprepaidbalance.com. Registering your Card will provide the additional security required to allow you to use your Card for internet purchases as well as requesting a replacement should your Card become lost or stolen.

Q: Can value be added onto my Card after it is purchased?
A: No, the Card is disposable. It cannot be reloaded or renewed. When all value is used, the Card should be destroyed. Do not give your Card to a merchant to destroy.

Q: How do I use my Card at hotels and rental agencies?
A: Like restaurants, these types of companies may also authorize for 25% over the purchase price to cover incidental charges. Again, make sure to have at least 25% over the total purchase available on your Card.

Q: If my Card is lost or stolen, how do I report it?
A: Immediately report your Card lost or stolen by calling 1-877-283-1860.
